Thank you for shopping with Shop Risqué. We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly, discreetly, and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below:

Order Processing

 

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times & Rates

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – Flat rate: $7.00
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – Flat rate: $20.00
  • Free Shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.00.

Please note: Shipping times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are packaged discreetly with no mention of “Shop Risqué” or product details on the outside of the package.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S.
  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, Shop Risqué is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather events).

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
  • If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
