Is your packaging discreet?
Yes, very discreet. All orders are shipped in plain packages. There is no indication on the outside of package to what is inside. We keep all our customer records confidential. We never sell our customer list.
What happens if I receive a defective item?
If you receive a defective item, you will NOT need to send it back to us. Within 30 days, contact our customer service department via email or phone. Let us know what the issue is and we will happily send you a replacement free of charge. Yes, it really will be that easy.
