Return & Refund Policy

At Shop Risqué, your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll work quickly to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Adult toys and accessories
- Lingerie and intimate apparel
- Lubricants, oils, and consumables
Please make sure to review product details and sizing carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us at shoprisquehelp@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and a photo of the issue.
- Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue store credit.
Refunds
- Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement cannot be provided.
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, your order will be processed and cannot be canceled.
